Wikipedia - MC Oujda

Mouloudia Club of Oujda (Arabic: مولودية وجدة), commonly abbreviated to MC Oudja, is a Moroccan football club based in Oujda. Mouloudia, which closely translates to "birth" in Arabic, was named after the coincidence of the day of its creation: on March 16, 1946 (12 second spring of 1365 Hjeria) with the anniversary of the birth of Muhammad.

Businessman Mohamed Houar became president of the club in 2017, and his investment led to a 2017–18 Botola 2 title followed by strong performances in the Botola the following seasons. However, the club faced a crisis in 2021 when Houar announced he was leaving the club, with players and staff striking over unpaid wages.

Ziani Madani was elected new president of the Mouloudia Club d'Oujda (MCO) during a general meeting held Thursday 7 March 2024 in Oujda at the headquarters of the Sports Leagues of the Oriental region.

Mouloudia Oujda, often referred to as MCO, is a prominent soccer team based in Oujda, Morocco. Founded in 1946, the club has a rich history and is one of the oldest football teams in the country. Mouloudia Oujda competes in the Botola Pro, Morocco's top professional football league, and has garnered a loyal fan base known for their passionate support.

The team's colors are traditionally green and white, symbolizing hope and unity. MCO plays its home matches at the Stade Municipal d'Oujda, a venue that can accommodate thousands of enthusiastic supporters who create an electrifying atmosphere during games.

Over the years, Mouloudia Oujda has achieved notable success, including several domestic titles and cup victories. The club is known for its commitment to developing local talent and has produced many skilled players who have gone on to represent both the club and the national team.

Mouloudia Oujda embodies the spirit of Moroccan football, showcasing a blend of skill, determination, and community pride. As they continue to compete at the highest levels, MCO remains a symbol of resilience and ambition in the world of Moroccan soccer.
